SHIPPING 

Most orders will ship out within a week of purchase. Due to this being a family run business things do happen so times can vary depending on situations. Shipping times range between 2 days to 2 weeks. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for lost or damaged packages. We will work with customers to come up with a fair outcome for both parties. In most cases usps or ups are used to ship your package to you.  If you live in another country other than USA please do not pick any other service than ups. We do not have access to other carriers.
